What ASSURANCES do i have?
With regard to our home tending services, our service primarily consists of visual observations and reporting. While we strive to provide thorough assessments, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee the condition or safety of your home. Unforeseen circumstances may arise even after an inspection. However, our inspections significantly reduce the risk of serious issues worsening.
We promptly report any damages resulting from storms, intrusions and any additional malfunction(s). We offer coordination of other contractor services and will manage the follow-through & quality control of contracted jobs until completion, at an additional cost.

Do you provide services on an "ad-hoc" basis?
Of course! We understand that not all property owners require full-time management services.
We offer flexible service options tailored to your needs. Our team is available to assist you on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that your property receives the attention and support it requires, without the commitment of full-time management.

What is your emergency protocol?
We always prioritize proactive service, especially in the event of emergencies. Upon your enrollment with us, in the event of an emergency where we do not receive communication from you within 24 hours, we will take prompt and appropriate action in direct coordination with the homeowner to address the situation.
Our proactive approach ensures the swift resolution of any unforeseen circumstances, providing you with peace of mind and continued support.

Are there requests you do not grant?
We kindly ask that you disclose all unique requests or preferences during your initial consultation; this allows us to return with exact answers and transparent pricing.
There may be certain requests or actions that we are unable or unwilling to grant based on company policies, legal obligations, or ethical considerations. Some examples might include:

Where may i find literature on pricing?
Our prices are based on gross square footage, which includes square footage not “under air.”
Additional fees and charges may be incurred, especially when services requested by a customer or preferences that require extra time at your home during an inspection.
Our team will be happy to discuss our pricing structure during both your initial consultation and at signing. M&M Coastal Solutions also provides itemized invoices for all contractual agreements made.

No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges to the rates agreed upon.
