With a 30-year tenure as a senior administrator in the Indian River County School District, Todd brings a unique combination of expertise, precision, and community commitment to property management. During his career, many of Todd’s responsibilities included the oversight of large-scale, multi-million dollar school property initiatives, including capital improvement projects, budget management, facility operations, facility management, security, emergency shelter coordination and oversight, and general property maintenance. These responsibilities required attention to detail, mastery of precise time management, effective project oversight and exceptional customer service to all stakeholders — all skills that now drive his approach to property oversight with the utmost professionalism and care.
Over multiple generations, Todd & his family have cultivated deep-rooted ties in the Vero Beach community. His long-standing commitment to the area, coupled with his intimate understanding of unique resident needs and significant weather events, positions him as the ideal person to manage and enhance your property.

In his free time, Todd prioritizes family time and is an avid boater, fisherman and golfer. Additionally, Todd and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their two goldendoodles and two adult sons. Over the years, Todd and his family have enjoyed contributing to the Vero Beach community through The March of Dimes Association, The American Cancer Society, Friends After Diagnosis and the Coalition for Attainable Homes.
